Hi! I'm Maria. I'm from Argentina and came to the U. S. three years ago to work as an Au Pair with two amazing families. I'm a personal trainer with a healthy lifestyle and a love for staying active. I'm currently studying Kinesiology at Chabot College. Over the past few years, I've worked with kids ranging from 10 months to 8 years old. I'm experienced in helping with laundry, organizing rooms, cooking, light cleaning, homework, driving kids to activities, and of course playing fun games! I'm responsible, patient, and fun, and I value mutual respect with the children I care for. I have my own car but am also comfortable driving yours if needed. If you have any questions or would like references, I'd be happy to provide them! (As a student, I can only be paid in cash!)

We so highly recommend Maria as a nanny and mother’s helper! She’s been an incredible addition to our family. We love her as does our toddler. If we have another kid, we would hire her again! She’s kind, energetic, a delicious cook, timely and a hard worker. With our kid, she would play so well with him and integrated well with our style of parenting. She helped him through major developmental milestones alongside us from eating to walking to dexterity and gross motor skills and talking. She stays calm through kid tantrums and teaches how to move forward, pushes the kid to learn new things (even without us saying anything), and shows a lot of love and care in the way she handles our kid. She’s also been flexible with timing which was very helpful and willing to take on extra hours. She cooked deliciously healthy meals while the kid slept and was a huge help in the house. Highly recommend!
