I had placed an add to hire someone to sit with my elderly mother and she responded really quickly. I didn't interview her,as I had hired a couple of ladies already, so when letting her know about the job being filled she was very cordial in her response and offered to help us if we ever needed some more assistance. I would have definitely interviewed her, she seems to be very caring.
