Maria (Ivy) was an amazing caregiver for my dad who had Parkinson's. She cared about his physical, emotional and social well being and really became part of the family. She had to deal with some challenging conditions with my Mom who is suffering from the onset of dementia and was a little difficult. But Ivy handled both Dad and Mom's need with such care. She was very responsible and thorough letting us know when supplies were needed, prescriptions needed to be refilled, etc. And was always very friendly and approachable. My parents friend's who visited always commented on "what a lovely caregiver" Dad had. We were so grateful she was with him in his last two years of his life.
