About Mariah

I'd describe my personality as caring, determined, and open minded. I feel that these traits are highly valuable and I make it my mission to be the best I can. I like working with kids because I love seeing how happy kids are about things and how creative their minds are at young ages. I'm looking for a job that allows flexibility upon my schedule because I am a full-time college student and have a job. I started working with kids when I was young bc I have a little brother that was born when I was 7. I also have a lot of young children in my family that I LOVE to spend time with In my spare time, I like to watch movies, read, and spend time with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I am a student at the University of Buffalo. My skills include communicating with the child on their needs, exercising patience with them and spending time with them doing things that make them happy. I believe it is important to make kids feel heard and loved.
