About Mariah

I like working with kids because they have a sense of wonder that is different from ours. I have 5 younger siblings ages 3-13 and I am endlessly entertained by their way of doing and seeing things. Since I was 5 at home, but I've been babysitting other peoples children since I was 10. I have experience with autistic children. I also worked at a children's waterpark so I am CPR, First Aid, Deepwater, and AO (airway obstruction) certified through Ellis. In my spare time, I like to bake, read, walk my dogs, or paint. I have had very little spare time between two jobs so I'm hoping to replace working as a pharmacy technician with childcare, actively finding hobbies your children love. One thing you should know about me is I understand how scary it is to entrust your children onto someone outside your family. So anything you as the parent need to feel comfortable I'm here for. I am also able to cook (dietary restrictions included,) clean, tutor and provide transportation for children.
