About Mariah

Recent In-Home Supports Program Manager with a Master of Science in Child Life and many years of supporting children and young adults with disabilities receive services. I have worked across home, school, hospital, and community settings, which has shaped a compassionate and flexible approach to care. My background includes direct support, case management, and behavioral therapy, with a strong focus on person-centered and trauma-informed care. I work closely with families and providers to support emotional well-being, independence, and meaningful growth. I have also worked as a lead preschool teacher, led a classroom of 10 students, completed a Child Life practicum in a hospital setting, and provided nanny care. My additional experience includes meal prep, bathing and dressing, play-based learning, and creating safe, nurturing environments. I am patient, dependable, and truly enjoy helping children grow emotionally, socially, creatively, physically, and cognitively.
