About Mariah

Hi! My name is Mariah, I am a recent Cal State East Bay graduate with a passion for working with children and supporting families. As a mother of two, I understand how important it is to find someone who is trustworthy, patient, dependable, and caring when it comes to your children. I have experience, caring for infants, toddlers, and school aged children, as well as tutoring children with homework, reading, and schoolwork. I enjoy creating a balance between fun and learning through age-appropriate activities, creative play, reading, and educational activities that keep children engaged. I would describe myself as patient, nurturing, responsible, organized, and easygoing. I'm comfortable helping with daily routines such as meals, naps, playtime, homework, and keeping children's spaces organized. I also understand the importance of following each family's routines, preferences, and parenting style.
