Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With two years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, Music & Drama, and Sports & Fitness for elementary and middle school students. I am a retired college swimming/water-polo athlete so I have vast knowledge in sports, fitness, and nutrition. My approach focuses on building confidence and critical thinking rather than rote memorization. I adapt to your unique learning style by using visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to make complex concepts manageable. I believe open communication with you and your family is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Whether we meet online, at the library, or in your home, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where every "aha!" moment is celebrated. I am also CPR training and First Aid certified.
