Maria is fantastic! She is punctual, communicative, and flexible. She was even able to accommodate our next-day request and work around my toddler's sleep schedule. From the moment she arrived, I felt comfortable having her in my home. She was patient and kind with my toddler, worked independently, and quickly learned our household systems. I have allergies and provide all of my own cleaning supplies, and she was thoughtful and diligent about making sure she used the products correctly. What really stood out was her professionalism and attention to detail. She uses fresh sponges for each client, brings different vacuums depending on household needs, and clearly puts a lot of thought into providing exceptional service. She took extra care to ask the right questions about our flooring and cleaning preferences. With a shorter appointment to accommodate our schedule, she was thorough, efficient, and prioritized tasks extremely well. She completed all of our major needs—vacuuming and mopping the first floor, cleaning our 1.5 baths, and vacuuming the carpeted stairs and upstairs bedrooms—and still made time to tackle additional surfaces and wipe sticky toddler fingerprints from our glass doors.
