Hi! I have case management experience working with seniors, along with experience in an adult day care setting supporting individuals living with dementia. I want to be upfront about my scope: I do not have PCA (personal care assistant) experience, so I'm not able to provide hands-on personal care such as bathing, toileting, or mobility assistance. What I can offer is companionship, supervision, and support with daily activities that don't require PCA training such as conversation, engagement, meal prep/reminders, and simply being present so a family member or caregiver can take a break. I'm comfortable following established household routines and care instructions, and I'll communicate regularly using whatever method works best for your family, so you're kept informed while you're away.
