Maria told us that she would start cleaning today and we agreed she would come over for 5-6 hours and then the morning of, she said because I never sent her my address she was not able to clean anymore. Very bad communication and ruined the whole morning as my husband took off work to meet her all to be stood up. Very disappointing.
