Hello. Thank you for looking at my profile. I am a loving personal aid that loves helping care for the elderly in our community. I have several year's experience, but it is a majority unpaid family care. I moved in with my then 84 YO mother a few years ago during COVID to keep her interactions with outside aids minimal. During that time I ended up learning a lot about post heart attack rehab, Parkinson's and fall safety, and post knee operation rehab. I also helped care for my father during his battle with cancer. In both instances, I was responsible for meals, personal care (including help bathing), housekeeping, errands, doctor's appointments, and all. I am available on the weekends and have flexibility during the week days where short-notice care is needed. I look forward to hearing from you!
