We believed personal chemistry was more important than any particular training or certificate, so we hired Mariel. That was a great decision. Mariel was personable, reliable and compassionate. She was eager to learn how to help clients with their disabilities and hoovered up strategies for feeding, dressing and personnel care. She was with us for about 8 months.
