After a few back and forth, we confirmed to have Maria help us for Saturday 8/16 to care for our toddler. As I reached out to her today to re-confirm, since there has been a high rate of cancellation, even no call no show, and Maria advised she couldn't come as she was double booked. Very unprofessional.
