About Maria

Hello. I am 62. I was a CNA nights/weekends while raising my five children who are now grown. I also was a pet sitter, school cafeteria worker, and a substitute school secretary, before coming back to caregiving 11 years ago. I have lived and worked in this area for 37 years. I am CPR/AED/First Aid certified. I have an excellent driving record. Caregiving duties are: personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, food shopping, medication management, pet care, transportation, cooking and meal prep, and assist with exercise/stretches according to PT/OT instructions. I enjoy helping in the garden. I enjoy helping with crafts and playing board games, and keeping physically active. I love the outdoors. I have a positive attitude and will be a great encourager to you. Please note, I do have backgound checks, but they are not listed on this site. I am a volunteer at my church. Thank you.
