About Maria

I posted an ad for a "deep clean" on my relative's 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. Due to health issues, it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Maria came out to assess the job, she offered to shop for all of the cleaning supplies needed (of course I reimbursed her but was relieved I didn't need to shop for them), and she began to clean the next day. The result was a spotless house. I mean, spotless! Every cobweb gone, every surface cleaned, dusted, and polished. Even the windows were opened and the space between the screen and panes were wiped clean. Beyond that, she stripped the bed, washed and dried the sheets, and remade the bed so my sick relative would have a fresh bed. The bathrooms, which were in rough shape to say the least, were shining and spotless. I never expected her to clean inside the medicine cabinets or the linen closet, but yes she did. Each shelf wiped, contents organized. Hard floors mopped, carpeted floors vacuumed. Each sticky kitchen cabinet door was degreased. The oven was scrubbed spotless and looked brand new. There were a lot piles of unopened mail and packages all around, which she neatly stacked in a crate and showed me the closet she relocated them to so that the living space was calm and peaceful. She bagged up all of the trash and found logical places to put all of the stuff that usually ends up shoved in corners. The house smelled good. She got this unkempt house back to feeling like a "home". The end result was nothing short of amazing. I took photos to send to my relative, who was estatic about the results (so much so, they asked me to keep her information for future regular cleanings.) The before and after results were far beyond my expectations. She had a tough clean up with this job. It would have taken me weeks if not months to do what she got done in a day.
