I hired Maria to watch over my 81 year old husband who has dementia. He wasn't sleeping at night, he was roaming the floors and at a high risk of falling. I was working with his doctors on finding the right medications to get him sleeping, but I knew it was going to take many weeks of trial and error. I am his primary caregiver, but I couldn't do it 24 hours a day. Maria turned out to be the perfect choice She is calm, compassionate, and very experienced, I found her suggestions and observations very helpful as this is new territory for me. One thing really stands out for me as an example of Maria's commitment to her clients. Early on, when we were all just still getting to know each other, she asked me "how are YOU doing?" No one else did that. I would still have her as a caregiver, but thankfully my husband has been sleeping through the night for weeks now. I'm sure this may change at some point, and when it does I will definitely be giving Maria a call, she is wonderful.
