About Maria

Maria has been a true disappointment and extremely unreliable as nanny. We hired her when our previous (amazing) nanny moved to another city. Maria worked for us for 4 months (5 days/week) and every single week she had some issues that will affect her ability to come to work on time or consistently for the 5 days that she committed to work. Sometimes she also had last minute excuses for which she had to leave suddenly in the middle of the day. When she was at home with our son she wasn't really able to engage or stimulate him and all she wanted to do was to go for walks without understanding when our son was too tired or not interested in walking. In the end she resigned without giving us any notice, by sending a text message and without even making the time to say goodbye to my son even if she knew how attached he became to her and how difficult transitions are for him being a 3 yo. I honestly don't think that being a nanny is her calling and I highly recommend not to hire her.
