I am a compassionate and dedicated home-based caregiver and recent college graduate. I have 5 years of experience working in both residential facilities and private caregiving. I have gained valuable experience working alongside physical therapists and nurses, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of patient care, safety, mobility, and daily needs. I am skilled in wound care, patient transfers, bed changes, operating hoyer lifts, and external feeding tubes. I have experience caring for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, ALS, and cancer. I believe it is important to truly listen to my patients, understand their individual needs, and make them feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.
