When I was 11 years old, I was diagnosed with an AVM in the brain, for which I underwent simultaneous operations and constant visits to the doctor. It was not an easy process, but I managed to win the fight in this country, since in mine medical care is low. That is why I know what it is like to go through this, and I want to help and be part of the progress or support of someone else, not only actively or athletically but emotionally, remember that two hearts united are stronger than one. I am a Latina who emigrated to this country for health reasons, and I continue in a constant struggle of learning and I want to know that I can contribute my grain of sand to someone else by helping and contributing, because more than a job, I see it as an opportunity to continue learning.
