About Maria

I have loved animals since I was a child, I always had pets while growing up so It was hard not to love them. When I got a job as an Animal Care Attendant I was over the moon, I got to work while being around animals and there is nothing better than that. I learned about animal behavior, how to administer insulin shot and how to best make them comfortable (as the vet can be very stressful to them). I also learned the basic bread and butter of animal care (cleaning, bathing, feeding, walking, etc.) being an ACA was such an amazing experience I will never forget, I still hold all of those animals close to my heart.
