About Margot

Hi! My name is Margot and I am an animal lover with around five years of dog-sitting and pet-care experience. I adore animals of all kinds--big, small, furry, scaly, or feathered (but sadly I have a cat allergy). At home, I care for my bearded dragon, which has helped me become comfortable with exotic pets. I have hands-on experience checking in on and caring for amphibians, reptiles, fish, and mammals, and I'm always eager to make sure every pet gets the attention, enrichment, and gentle care they deserve. Whether you need dog walking, drop-in visits, or overnight pet sitting, I'm reliable, communicative, and happy to tailor my care to your pet's needs. I'd love to meet your animals and help make your life a little easier! Note: I'm comfortable using public transit to get to and from jobs, but I don't use it late at night for safety reasons. Since I don't have a car in Chicago, I kindly ask that families cover an Uber/Lyft home for late-evening jobs.
