She doesn't speak English which can make communication somewhat difficult (translating everything). She takes longer than most cleaners, but seemed to do a good job the two times she cleaned for me. However, this last time she left me stranded. She had confirmed the cleaning but when I called her the night before she was all the way across the US. This left me scrambling for another cleaner for my vacation rental at the last minute with new guests arriving! Not reliable.
