We hired Margarita to watch our 10-month-old son this afternoon when our regular sitter was not available. We work from home, so we were able to observe her in action. She arrived early, took great care of our son, and went out of her way to be helpful around the house during his nap. She is a very warm and nurturing person, and my son took to her immediately. Her English is somewhat limited, but she was able to communicate well enough as long as we spoke slowly, and she was great with our little man, which is what really matters.
