About Margaret

I am a highly-experienced career nanny with 14 years of childcare experience. I provide a tender, heart- centered approach. My BFA in Acting and creative background help me connect with children in a uniquely playful way. I get on my hands and knees and laugh and enter into their imaginative world of wonder. I am a certified Music Together Teacher (an early childhood music education program) and frequently use musical skills to help educate and soothe children. My graduate level courses in developmental psychology and counseling inform my nurturing and intuitive approach. To name a few experiences: - Taught ballet for 15+ children. - Supported a child with reactive attachment disorder and a foster family of eight. - Lead Teacher Montessori/Regio Emilia daycare. - Worked with 10yr old and 11yr old over covid distance learning. - Finishing my fourth year with a now 4yr old and 8yr old. -Helped transition an infant to daycare.
