Summer childcare openings in Uptown Denver! I started taking care of children over 18 years ago. Since then, I have earned two BFAs, taught kids English in Europe, worked with children in schools while serving in the Peace Corps, helped kids in family shelters as a social worker, and created programming for kids and adults as a Volunteer Support Specialist. I now have an 18-month-old and run a small daycare out of our home. My curriculum focuses on free play, reading, getting outside, crafting, and singing (no screens!). I have designed a more focused curriculum for kids over two that I would love to share. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband and baby as well as run, read, volunteer with the Girl Scouts, and sew. My skills include teaching, community building, farming, and art.
