My communication style involves following each family's preferred method, including daily reports and timely texts for immediate concerns. I also provide updates on behavior, activities, and suggestions based on my observations. Building open and honest communication is important to me, and I prioritize creating a safe environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their needs.
