About Margaret

Hi, My Name is Margaret. I am a retired Special Education /Math Teacher. I have always had a fondness respect and love for seniors or elderly people. I am also a licensed beautician. I have worked as a beautician where I visited elderly clients for hair care in their homes. I also worked part time while teaching at an Assisted Living Home in Clarkston Michigan. My responsibilities involved helping to cook meals for the residents, cleaning, giving scheduled supervised medication, assisting clients to bathroom and help with showers and baths. I also was a good listener. The clients had lived such rich lives and enjoyed sharing that. I learned a lot and was enriched by some of their life experiences and advice they shared. I would be interested in helping your family member in a caring, safe and respectful way in whatever needs they may have.
