I have been a teacher for almost 30 years. I am currently certified in special education, K-12. I have taught all grade levels and have taught special education for about 15 years. I love teaching and learning with my students. My experience has given me much empathy and compassion. I like to establish relationships along with learning, so I can better know the needs to meet the goals of the individual learner. I believe that a student needs a variety of methods and opportunities to learn and with that they will be encouraged and motivated to be a life-long learner.
