Hello, my name is Mardonia. I am a responsible, caring, and patient person who truly enjoys working with children. I currently work full-time at a daycare from Monday to Friday, where I support the development of kids of all ages in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. Through my experience, I've learned how to guide children with kindness, empathy, and consistency, helping them feel confident, secure, and happy. Although I don't speak English, I communicate clearly in Spanish and focus on building warm and trusting relationships with the children through play, affection, and attentive care. I am available exclusively on weekends, offering reliable and dedicated childcare for families who need extra support.
