About Marci

I am a mom to two daughters who are now adults. I home-schooled them while providing babysitting in my home. Before I had my daughters, I worked as a nanny and a daycare worker working with babies, toddlers and school-aged children. I have worked with children in a school setting a week as in a recreation setting with my previous jobs. I currently am a substitute preschool teacher. I have babysat many different friend's children from just a few weeks old to 12 years old. I have worked with children and youth at my church. I am the oldest of nine children and grew up around children as well as taking care of them. I have been babysitting other people's children since I was 10 years old. I have a brother who was diagnosed with autism when he was 3 whom I have helped care for and I have cared for children with mental disabilities as well physical handicaps. Both my daughters have asthma and allergies and I have helped care for sick children. CPR certified.
