About Marcia

My name is Marcia, and I have dedicated much of my life to caring for and supporting others. I bring a unique blend of professional caregiving, teaching, and personal family experience that makes me well-suited to work with both children and adults who need compassionate care. My background includes work as a Home Health Aide, Substitute Teacher, Paraprofessional, and AVA Therapy provider, giving me hands-on experience with children of all ages, including those with special needs. I also have experience supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities. Beyond my professional roles, I am a mother and the eldest of many siblings, which has taught me patience, adaptability, and the ability to balance care for multiple children with different needs.
