Marcia has become an integral part of our family during the pandemic, as she helped take care of our 2 year old son and 5 year old daughter. Marcia is incredibly experienced with children in all aspects of their lives, and most importantly, she is warm, loving and full of energy. She also has a great sense of humor! Our kids warmed up to her the first time they met and they absolutely adore her. Marcia also deeply cares about the development of our children. She's very engaging with our kids and has always provided helpful suggestions and observations along the way while also being respectful of our parenting style and philosophy.
