About Marcia

With over two decades of hands-on childcare experience, I bring a deep passion for nurturing children and supporting families. I began babysitting at age 15 and have since cared for children ranging from newborn twins to age 12. Over the years, I have served as a trusted nanny and household manager for several families, including a 10-year position where I became an integral part of the household. While raising my own family, I consistently welcomed and cared for other children, creating a warm, structured environment. In 2019, I transitioned to working in a nursery school, starting in the infant room and spending the past three years as a lead teacher in the toddler room. I love engaging children through outings, outdoor play, reading, games, and arts and crafts. I believe that consistency and a strong routine are essential to children's development and well-being.
