Do not hire Marcia. I hired her to clean my home and she did not finish the job. When she said she was done I pointed out items that she did not complete and she complained that my house was too big and it was too much work and it took her all day. Days prior to hiring her, I interviewed her in my home where I gave her a very detailed tour and explanation of what items I needed assistance with. She quoted me a flat rate price that would have been equivalent to $31.25 an hour for a full 8 hour day of work. Instead of working a full day, she left an hour early and refused to finish. 

Marcia has transformed my home. She put everything in order from clothes to toys to the pantry! Now we have such a good baseline to keep things tidy and the kids can actually find the toys they want to play with.

Marcia has been cleaning my town home for several months and does a very thorough job and takes her time to make sure everything is clean and tidy.  She takes great pride in her work and it shows! I love coming home after I know Marcia has been there.  She does a terrific job and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
