I am patient, compassionate, and always strive to be friendly and approachable. I understand the importance of clear communication and provide families with verbal updates or written reports, based on their preferences. Building a connection with your loved one starts with understanding their personal history and preferences. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with grace. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. Knowing I can offer families peace of mind while enriching the lives of those I care for is why I love what I do.
