About Marcella

I'd describe my personality as reliable, honest, conscientious. I like working with kids because I grew up in a family of 10 kids, 5 boys and 5 girls. I also have 4 daughters. I'm looking for a job that is close to my house, good pay, and decent hours. I started working with kids when I was a teenager- I babysat a lot for my older siblings. In my spare time, I like to read, cook, exercise, do outdoor activities with my husband and daughters. One thing you should know about me is that I do extra work around the house that I see needs to be done like dishes etc. My skills include the knowledge of how kids behave at different ages, the ability to play with kids at their level, and the ability to make decisions quickly.
