I had the pleasure of having this amazing woman come and care for my mother after a double tendon hand surgery which left her disabled and completely dependent for daily tasks. Marcelina from day one approached the situation with incredible skills, patience and genuine. My mother‘s physical limitations meant that she needed assistance with everything from personal hygiene to dressing to meal preparation and managing her postoperative recovery, including medication reminders and light physical therapy exercises Marcelina didn’t just perform these tasks. She anticipated the needs and consistently went above and beyond she insured my mother was always comfortable, clean and treated with the upmost dignity during a very difficult recovery. She became a source of positive encouragement and a wonderful patient companion because of Marcy my mother‘s recovery was smoother less stressful, and far more positive than we could’ve hoped for if you’re looking for a caregiver who is professional reliable, highly competent, and generally compassionate. Marcy is an absolute treasure. She made an enormous difference in our lives and we are incredibly grateful for her service.
