I was very excited to hire Marcela as she seemed a perfect fit. I confirmed details via initial phone call including the city I live in. I sent a follow up message once we hung up with my address and number and didn’t hear back. I followed up the day before she was set to start and she said she looked up my address and it was too far and wouldn’t be convenient for her. Had I not reached out would she not have told me? Glad I had a backup or I would have been left without childcare.
