Marcela (goes by Paola) has been caring for our baby boy E. since he was 4 months old. He is now 1 year old and the only reason we have to let Paola go is that we are moving :( She has been extremely caring and attentive to E., always on time, and highly communicative about how his day is going. She helped make our transition from maternity leave back to full-time working extremely easy and eased the anxiety of new parents. As he's gotten older and more playful, she keeps him busy with walks, going to the park, library, pool, etc. We wish we did not have to lose Paola from our lives but we know she will be a tremendous asset to her new family.
