Making a difference in the lives of others is what drives me. With a graduate degree and three years of experience, I bring passion and dedication to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and professional. I'm detail-oriented, and I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I provide respite care, transportation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering regular updates via text, phone, or in-person check-ins. I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
