Marcela is amazing. I hired her to take care of my dad who was recovering from a fall then other illnesses early this year . She took very good care of my dad like he is family. She is patient and would use different ways to encourage and cheer my dad up. Her cheerful and positive personality really got my dad to open up. I can tell he enjoys talking to her and looks forward to seeing her. Marcela really cares for her patient not only on site but also off duty. She would text me every now and then to say hello and check on my dad health. If she didn’t get a reply from me, she would call just to make sure. That’s so warm and sweet of her. She communicates well. Thanks to Marcela, I’m able to take time off every once in awhile. Since I’m the sole caregiver for my dad, this means a lot to me. Thank you Marcela!
