Marcela and her team went above and beyond for my elderly parents.  First, they took the time to come over to their house for a mini interview, so they could meet all three of them.  My parents immediately felt comfortable, so they scheduled their deep cleaning.  

Suzy and Betty worked MAGIC on my parents house.  They are going to be such a blessing to my parents, and to my sister and I, knowing our parents house will be taking care of the way we would clean it. 

I literally cried after seeing the magic Betty preformed in my parents shower.  AMAZING!!!

I initially received their services as a gift during my postpartum, and my home cleaning was done so well that I continued to use their services every 2 weeks. The care and attention to detail given to my home is just as if I were to clean myself, and that is the best feeling. From the ceiling fans to the laundry, I am always satisfied with their services. I was very impressed with Marcela when she came to the house to discuss my cleaning needs. She was well dressed, very professional and friendly. She informed me that the first step in the cleaning process would be a deep clean that would be very thorough. Susie and Betty were at the house for about six hours today and the deep clean was indeed very thorough! I don't think I've ever had my house cleaned that well from top to bottom. I hired Marcela to do a deep clean on my home.  I am a very busy Realtor and I needed the help and Marcela came when I needed her.  She was punctual and when she was done my house was beautiful from top to bottom.  I would definitely hire her again.

She showed up on the wrong day, wrong time. Then the quote she gave me was double the hourly rate from what was advertised.  She literally wanted $50/hour for BASIC cleaning. She also has a team, so it's not her doing the work.
