About Mara

I have several years of senior care. I started with my own Grandmother who lived with us from the age of 70 until passing (4 years) started when I was 14 years old. I LOVED spending time with her and nurturing her. I loved reading with her and rubbing lotion in her hands. I loved hearing stories about her life. Even the harder aspects of her care never bothered me. I've also worked very closely with a retired Judge for several years who sadly had dementia. He was the sweetest man in the entire world. There have been many more in between but I absolutely ADORE the elderly and have nothing but the utmost respect for the lives they have lived.
