Disaster. She and her helper came to our house 3 times. Language was a struggle. We explained that certain laundry could not be dried. They said they understood, but then dried it on hot and ruined several items. I was willing to give another chance because they were nice people. But their way of organizing was also to just jam clothes and toys into whatever boxes. Final straw when I asked her to tidy toys in basement and they took apart my kids massive Lego city upstairs in his room. Avoid!
