About Manju

Manju was a fantastic nanny for our daughter L. We brought Manju on when L. was 4 months old and had Manju care for her for nearly a year and a half. Manju is not only a wonderful person at heart but she quickly built a tight bond with our daughter so much so that we felt like Manju was part of the family unit. It was our family's first time using a nanny and we weren't sure how to work with/ manage one. Manju made it super easy. From day one, Manju came in, took ownership of her role as our Nanny and we never really had to ask her to do anything. Manju was outspoken about what L. needed whether it was food, diapers, wipes, etc and she took care of everything related to L. like feeding, cleaning her room, washing L.'s dishes/ bottles and her laundry. My wife and I have very intensive jobs working from home and rarely can be interrupted. So having Manju come in and take ownership with limited direction was really refreshing and we quickly began to trust Manju with L. during her time at our home. Manju is highly dependable and prompt. I can't think of a single day where she was late. Any vacation days that she took, she made us aware of weeks in advance and she really tried to line up her vacations with the same timeframe when we took our family vacations which was really appreciated. Manju was generally very flexible to our needs and our busy schedules. I think the one thing that makes Manju stand out from the crowd is that Manju not only focused on generally taking care of L. and providing everything she needs but she also focuses on doing certain exercises that helped L. develop mentally and physically. My wife and I are wonderful parents in our own right but I believe Manju played a huge role in how L. is such a happy and loving toddler. I can't express how much gratitude my wife and I feel towards Manju for taking care of our daughter. To summarize, Manju is a top-tier nanny and any family would be lucky to have her. We plan to continue using Manju as a babysitter for date nights and weekend day trips.
