My name is Manjula. I'm a U. S. citizen from Nepal with 15 years of experience caring for children in Bay Area tech families. Most parents I've worked with are engineers, product managers, and founders balancing long hours, remote work, and product launches. I understand how to keep a home calm and organized during busy workdays while giving children warmth, structure, and attention.

I'm TrustLine certified with current CPR and First Aid training. Families describe me as patient, dependable, and always on time. I've cared for infants and toddlers through every stage, from sleep training and feeding challenges to early learning. Additionally, all of my vaccinations are up to date.

I prepare healthy meals, encourage good habits, and create simple routines that help children feel secure and happy. I raised three kids who are now successful in tech and bring that same care and steadiness to every family I support.

We’re a tech family with nonstop meetings, and Manjula handled that life perfectly. She’s a true tech nanny who understands how to keep things running smoothly when parents are on calls all day. She kept the kids happy, the house quiet, and made everything feel easy. She’s amazing with kids who are hard to feed or settle for naps. Our toddler went from refusing food to eating full meals, and both kids started napping on schedule. She’s patient, reliable, and genuinely caring. Any family would be lucky to have her.

Manjula always arrives on time, is very reliable, and our kid loves spending time with her. 

We really appreciated Manjula's help in caring for our 6 month old girl.  Manjula immediately understood the type of care and energy level that matched our baby, so that she was happy, and eating and sleeping well.  Manjula also helped to make some purees for her, and froze servings for later!

Manjula is a true gem. She exudes warmth and we could tell she loves children from the moment she came into our home. She's also a seasoned professional. Our baby, who is a finicky eater, took a bottle from her immediately! And she offered us (gentle) tips on baby care that we didn't know about as new parents, genuinely happy to contribute to the wellbeing of our whole family. As a bonus, she made AMAZING meals for us and tidied up after the baby. If we weren't moving, we'd have kept her on and will miss her dearly. I cannot recommend Manjula highly enough. 

Manjula was an absolute blessing to our family! It was clear from the moment she came into our home that she is very experienced with babies. Our daughter immediately warmed up to her and took a bottle from her. Manjula played and was always singing when the baby was up, made sure to get her down for her naps, and, while the baby was sleeping, helped us keep up with dishes and cooked DELICIOUS dinners. She also gave us gentle tips on baby care that was helpful to us as new parents. She literally made it possible for me to finish law school with a newborn! I cannot say enough kind things about Manjula and will miss her dearly (we are moving or she'd still be our nanny!). I highly recommend her.

Manjula is one of a kind. She is a true professional and amazing with children. She took care of our son as if he was her own and was always focused on what was best for his current stage of life and development. She helped us establish a routine and think through important transitions like sleep schedules and introduction to solids. She got him outside, took him to the library for story time, and played with him. Our son would completely light up whenever she arrived for the day, we felt instantly comfortable with her and trusted safety was her top concern. She is also an amazing cook! We HIGHLY recommend Manjula, in our experience she is an exceptional care provider!

We hired Manjula for a short term stay in San Francisco when my husband I traveled to the area for work. Manjula was punctual, and was so wonderful with our 8month old daughter. They had lots of fun together, and Manjula made all her meals - and even meals for the rest of the family! She cleaned as well, and made sure my daughter had everything she needed. When we return to San Francisco we will definitely hire Manjula again!

Manjula was a nanny for our toddler girl for a year and a half.  At that time, my daughter would have anxiety when others cared for her, but within just a few days she became comfortable with Manjula.  They quickly bonded and our daughter was always excited when she arrived in the morning.  Manjula did a good job taking care of our daughter.  She took her to nearby parks and playgrounds and formed playgroups with other nannies and their kids.  Manjula loves children and I knew she would be looking after our daughter's best interests.  She also was very reliable, punctual (arriving early most of the time), and did not get distracted by her phone.  She will do a great job taking care of your child.

We had the pleasure of working with Manjula for 3 weeks while we were transitioning our 22 month old to daycare and needed some help between our previous nanny and daycare starting. 

I hired Manjula based on her stellar reviews, and within the first day it became very apparent why she received such great reviews. 

Manjula was very dependable, always arrived on time (early a few times too) was very communicative and brought such wonderful energy and positivity the second she stepped in the door. Our son can be a bit shy but within the first few days, he was a fan (just like us). In fact he still asks about her from time to time. 

Besides going above and beyond on everything we asked her to help with, she also cooked like a 5 star chef (I kept telling her she needs to open her restaurant!). Initially, she would flag which vegetables or grains might be going bad soon asking if she can cook with them - and would whip up the most wonderful meals. Eventually, I ordered groceries based on meals she mentioned she could cook and she would do so during our son's naps. I asked her to leave me her amazing recipes and I can't wait to cook them. 

We cannot recommend Manjula enough. She was so great with our son, very communicative, played with him at our home and the park (sending us updates through photos) cooked us and him amazing meals, read to him, had such great energy and was extremely proactive and gave us some great parenting advice which we took (like replacing some of our son's milk bottle tops which she noticed he would chew and possibly eat some small particles). She also proactively organized his clothes, the cabinet where his dishes are kept, and all his toys. She felt like part of the family and we've been in touch with her after she left as well. 

You will not be disappointed - hire Manjula, she is the best!

Manjula is a top-notch nanny. We were lucky enough to have her in our home for a temporary contract for two weeks. She was on time for every shift and created a routine around my son's meals and outdoor time. She helped with folding the clothes and preparing meals for my son as well as for me when I was sick.

Manjula is a clear communicator and very professional and experienced with children. My son likes her a lot and she was very engaging when she played with him, singing songs and looking at books. She made sure he got plenty of outdoor exercise and fresh air, and she always let me know what he did and how he ate that day.

I really can't recommend her enough, she is a lovely person to have in your home and a great help to a busy family. We will miss you Manjula!

Manjula is amazing. Manjula was our nanny for 2 weeks when we needed backup care. Our 18 month old son loved playing with her all day, and she has such a positive and upbeat energy. Manjula walked our son to nearby parks in the morning and afternoon, and was always very careful crossing busy nearby streets. During nap times she often cooked meals for us, which were very delicious. She was always on time and usually a few minutes early, and was great with communication and with sending us photos during the day. Manjula is proactive, and our son really enjoyed spending time with her.

Manjula flaked on my family at 5 pm the night before she was supposed to start work with us. She stated various reasons for this, most of which did not make sense to me. We had been in contact for a week and making plans to work together. I feel it was unprofessional for her to change her mind so suddenly and at the last minute.

We were lucky enough to have Manjula join our family as a full-time nanny from January 2020 through May 2020, while our son aged from 3 to 8 months. She is an incredible nanny and we would absolutely keep her if it wasn't for an unexpected move.

Manjula is the most professional, loving, caring, capable, reliable, and punctual nanny you will meet. She always arrived at our home early and with a smile on her face. It's clear that caring for your child is her top priority! Each day as she walked through the door our son would smile ear to ear in excitement. She was instrumental in helping him get comfortable with tummy time, starting solids, and his transition from 3 to 2 naps. 

Beyond her incredible care for our child, she went well above and beyond normal nanny duties. While keeping our son happy, she also managed to fold clothes, do light cleaning, and cook for the entire family (she's a wonderful cook)! We 100% recommend Manjula to anyone who needs a nanny/sitter/cook!
