I am a mother of 4 and a previous educator in ECE. I have worked as a nanny for 4 different families. I have been an assistant teacher, lead teacher, campus manager, curriculum lead, and an assistant director during my 8 years of working in the childcare industry. I have an AA in Elementary Education and have had 72+ hours of specified training for the care of early childhood children. I have worked with children from 6wks-12+yrs. I am very familiar with Conscious Discipline strategies and use them to help children learn social emotional skills. I love to get on the floor and play with the children in my care to create moments for a child to develop certain skills.
