At first she was very eager to help and did. She was very responsive and went above and beyond. But then when things changed with parents situation and communication was troubling then spotty then non existent. I was very clear on the hrs needed and then was told the day before that she needed to change the hours. I did not agree and none of my family heard from her nor could get in touch again. Very unprofessional for caring for the elderly.
