We were fortunate to have Mandie as our nanny for a year. She was a pleasure to have as part of our family for that time. She was great with the kids, cared for them like they were her own, and took them on great adventures to many local places. Mandie always came up with great ideas and activities to keep them engaged throughout the day. She was excellent with communication, open to feedback, and also made suggestions to us if certain things weren’t working. She also took the initiative to keep our house tidy and clean, which was beyond what we had expected when we hired her. She was always willing to do more and many times did it on her own. We still stay in touch with Mandie and have her babysit the kids too. We are so thankful to have her as part of our children’s lives.
